Peter founded ITB in 2015 with his friend Matthew Usher while studying engineering at Oxford University. The pair released their first game, Molecular, on Kickstarter and sold less than 600 copies. Today, Peter works full-time managing the company and team, and has seen ITB grow from a bedroom business to a leading independent publishers in just a few years.

Sales Director

Jake Savile-Tucker is sales director and business partner of ITB board games, dealing with the money side of our business. He works with outside partners and clients across the world and is always available to discuss business opportunities. When not working for ITB he is a corporate lawyer based in central London.

Anthony Howgego

Anthony Howgego

Game Developer

Anthony Howgego joined ITB as the company’s first full-time member of staff in 2016. He is a graduate of King’s College, London, where he undertook a BA in War Studies. Since joining the team, Anthony has turned his expert eye to a number of ITB games, and has consulted and lead on a host of great projects.

Art Director

Archie Edwards heads ITB’s design and artwork. He is a graphic designer with a background in printing who joined the team as our lead graphic designer in 2017. As well as overseeing design he now works directly with our freelance artists to make ITB products as beautiful as possible!

Digital Developer

Dan joined the ITB team as an intern in 2017. He has previously worked as a freelancer and animator, mostly focused on digital gaming. He is responsible for ITB’s Sub Terra app, and is currently working on a number of exciting up coming projects!
